SO MANY LOVELY NEW THINGS
My Friends, Gypsies, Gitanas, Gitanos,
Sometimes blogging gets away from me and hides under a bush, while my full attention monofocuses on designing! I am behind sharing the new releases and the new boutique and other things that have begun a cycle of change for me...
Ok, well I wont share everything that's happened, some of it is simply better left unsaid... so... now on to the NEW things!!!! New designs:
Here is the NEW look of our vendors... simple and clean, and variations of blue. Presenting to you three NEW RELEASES:
Next, I share with you the NEW VINTAGE line. The outfits that will appear in this line are drawn from some of my earlier designs that were highly noted by others but found to be lacking. With great pleasure, I have selected the first of a limited number of designs that will make this line, and revamped each, adding mesh and refining details; the finished products are not only up-to-date in SL fashion technology but are so much better then the originals that the could really be considered "new" releases, but... it is kinda cool having a Vintage department. :-P Without further delay, I present to you the NEW:
Last, I share with you the NEW CLASSICS line. The outfits that will appear in this line are drawn from my older best sellers. Like the Vintage line, I have revamped each, adding mesh and refining details; the finished products are not only up-to-date in SL fashion technology but are so much better then the originals that the could really be considered "new" releases, but... like the Vintage line, it is fun having a Classics department. Here is the NEW look of our vendors... simple and clean, and variations of blue. Presenting to you three NEW RELEASES:
BEACH - a sexy white ruffle top bikini and thong bottom; red bandana mesh sarong style skirt, white dangly earrings, and white mesh leather sandals. All for just 124 L.
DAWN STARSHINE - this beautiful, fragile looking, wispy pale violet dress really has to be worn to be fully appreciated, as the photo does not do it justice! Includes the pale violet mesh lace-up heels. An incredible look for only 299 L.
THE REAL DEAL - I designed this originally for the MVW challenge, but changed my mind to use it at the last minute as I fell in love with it and wanted to wear it! The brown floral design has wonderful pink and yellow flowers in it, making it a dress for any season. The alluring mesh dress bodice has puff ruffle sleeves that can be deleted for a more summery look, and a sparkling interlace motif brooch at the center of the breast line. A mesh belt, skirt, and chiffon flowing top skirt layers make the gown dance around you. All skirts are interchangeable and provide several looks. This delicate and sophisticated ensemble sales for 549 L.
MARKET GYPSY - is such a fun and whimsical outfit that I know you'll enjoy wearing! This outfit is mesh, mesh, and a little more mesh! The bohemian patchwork velvet gives such a unique look to this outfit, along with the summery midriff fringed top. The drop-back skirt is really the latest trend in fashion (how many drop-back dresses have you seen this season on The Voice?!!!) Included are also the lace-up mid-calf boots, a favorite and best seller item in the store. Finishing off the ensemble is beaded necklace and bracelets. (Sorry the purse was included as a prop!) This beauty is sold for 549 L.
BOHEMIAN VINTAGE
SAGEBRUSH - formally known as "Sage", welcome to an incredible revamp from prim and sculpties to mesh. This outfit is beautiful! The fit is incredible. Poncho, bra, mesh skirt and chiffon top skirt layer, all for 579 L.
SUMMER RADIANCE - formerly "Radiance" is a drastic revamp. This mesh mini, with ruffle top and wedge slips is not only sweet but incredibly sexy and sales for just 299 L.
BOHO TUTU-FRUITI in PINK or BLACK - formally known as Boho Tutu Grunge is a revamp that has provided two separate ensembles to choose from.
-- IN PINK - A black trimmed, pink Gangnam style jacket, covers a black lace bra. Two skirts are given, a pink mesh mini or a full prim skirt and sheer under slip full skirt. Both skirts utilize the ribbon tied hip wrap belt. Beaded bracelet and pom-pom adorned heels are included.
-- IN BLACK - A black trimmed, pink Gangnam style jacket, covers a pink lace bra. Two skirts are given, a black mesh mini or a full prim skirt and sheer under slip full skirt. Both skirts utilize the ribbon tied hip wrap belt. Beaded bracelet and pom-pom adorned heels are included.
I present to you the NEW:
BOHEMIAN CLASSICS
HIS ONLY IN BLUSH - This classic best seller now has a new and improved top that is sexier than the original and allows for resizing to accommodate any breasts size. Slightly increased price, now 420 L.
PURE HEART - an all time favorite of mine and of course best seller. I've revamped the top so it is no longer a mid-riff sharp cut-off edge, but now flows all the way down to the hmm-hmm and has sexy matching bikini thong. I re-did the texture and this prim skirt no longer looks like a prim, it is gorgeous! I've also added a sheer, flowing top layer to the skirt. It's really lovely and I believe will continue to be a best seller even at the slightly raised price of 320 L.
TINKER - still the same popular outfit with the addition of a velvet hair flower. Same price, no need to revamp something that is already purrrfect! :-P
Well for now, that's it. You're pretty much up-to-date. These new items are ONLY available at the NEW ** BOHEMIAN GYPSY BOUTIQUE @ *.^ Feeb's Rascals St. There's also a group gift at this location too, so have a visit and grab that!

AND THE WINNERS ARE....
Hello Gitana, Gitano, Gypsy, Friend!
Well the Bohemian Gypsy - Miss Virtual World Modeling Academy (MVW) 2013 Challenge has ended and the judge's have tallied their scores and presented me with 4 FOUR award winners.
However, let it suffice to say, each participant was spectacular! There were 17 entries, and they can be viewed at: http://www.flickr.com/groups/2172811@N25/
The work they did in this challenge was incredibly impressive. Each model is a winner -- in my eyes! And I am glad I was not one of the judges! I would not have been able to choose!
The Judge's Panel consisted of 5 individuals. These individuals each have a wonderful sense of either fashion knowledge or bohemian & gypsy style. They shall go un-named, but to each of you I give a warm hug of appreciation and gratitude! Thank you for giving your time to this endeavor! You shall not be forgotten!
To BlackBarbie Bravin of Miss Virtual World Modeling Academy, and the other administrators who perhaps so often go unthanked, you have my deepest gratitude for welcoming me and allowing Bohemian Gypsy to sponsor this challenge!
And now... drum roll please:
The awards go to...
BEST COMPLIANCE -- Catalina Portland
1. Use any or all of the outfit items supplied you by Bohemian Gypsy, but do NOT add another Designer's clothing article; 2. Accesorize it, giving it your own bohemian and gypsy flair; and, 3. Do not put any writing on the photo. *Congratulations & Thank you Catalina for a very cool Amy Winehouse look! I loved it, and am happy you are one of the judge's chosen.*
BEST FLAIR -- Yrwin Naglo
BEST OVER-ALL -- Two awards for this category -- Female: Nariko Okawa
To the four of you awarded, I have also passed you your trophy! I hope you like it and proudly display it. I will be in contact very soon with each of you regarding the vendors. Each of you will receive 5% of all vendor sales in which you are the model! As per the original notice, each of you will be invited to pose for up to 3 vendors (hopefully more, if in agreement)!
A warm round of applause goes out to all of you!
Thank you so much for all your efforts!
Wishing each of you continued kushti bok!

THE BOHEMIAN GYPSY & MISS VIRTUAL WORLD MODELING ACADEMY STUDENT / GRADUATE CHALLENGE
May 1 - 15, students and graduates of MVW were invited to participate in a challenge in which I supplied a base outfit for girls and for guys. The outfits provided allowed for several combinations, giving alternative looks for each model to consider.

1. Use any or all of the outfit desired, but not include any other designer's clothing articles.
2. Accessorize as much as wanted to give the finished outfit your own personal bohemian and gypsy flair.
3. Do not put any words on the photo.
